The Fundamentals of the Whole Health Approach
What is Multidimensionality?
You will learn to explore and understand the complex and foundational connections between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life. It is these four distinct and interconnected parts of your life that create your state of health and wellness as a whole.
From this approach, we can consider that nourishment comes from many different parts of your life, not just the food on your plate. In other words, although it is important to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, your health will still be struggling if you are also serving yourself a daily slice of stress, poor quality sleep, self-criticism, shame, loneliness, or feelings of disconnect and a lack of meaning in your life.
You will learn to identify and prioritize multidimensional nourishment through intentional strategies such as movement, meditation, deeper connection with others, play, creative expression, and so much more.
What is Bioindividuality?
We are each beautiful, unique individuals and what your biology, mind, heart, and spirit need are perfectly unique to you and you alone; there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to health and wellness.
Each and every person has their own particular set of needs that are going to change over the course of their lives. And each and every body, mind, and spirit is going to react uniquely to different aspects of life, such as foods, habits, behaviors, sounds, smells, textures, neighborhoods, media, language, and so, so much more. What works well for one person would be detrimental to another.
After broadening your understanding of your multidimensional health, we will work together to deepen your awareness of your bioindividuality, uncovering and honoring what your unique self needs to feel whole and well – radiant, thriving, and free.
Together, we will go over your multidimensional health history, uncover your bioindividual needs, tune in to your somatic experience, and make a plan to support you in making lasting change a reality.
The fullness of my practice lies at the intersection of health coaching and meaningful, guided experiences in the outdoors.
